Good afternoon, I have ended up at this place so many times, I figured I'd join. very nice site I have played with cars (toys, models, then the real thing) all my life grew up it the 60's-70's golden years ed roth, barris, jungle jim, don garlits, sox & martin, etc, all are part of my early years and grew the passion I have today I own only mopars, but can appreciate everything. I am seriously considering my own "revival" of the crazy show customs from the day, and have a couple, shall we say interesting designs I am working on. some crazy, some not so, and a couple, well...lets just say very large. and I do like the rat rod craze now, it means I don't have to paint most of my cars to fit in...lol looking forward to contributing to the forum and for the record, If anyone needs it, I am very good with wiring troubleshooting. dr
Welcome, great enthusiasm and intro right up to this point. The HAMB is NOT about Rat Rods or any latest craze. And it's not about unpainted cars and fitting in. Although modern tech sneaks in here, it's about tradition and embracing the past. There are tons of websites dedicated to the latest trend. No need to "fit in". Find a place where you belong because it's who you are, not how you want to be perceived.
Is there a Doctor in the house? Welcome. No need for further explanations why we are here and what turns most members off. Just drop the ratty comments and have fun with your Mopar stuff. Always a member needing help getting wired so you may be of service to them.
like bad shifter said, ease up on the rat rod stuff, i too am mopar crazy but took a little brake to build my coupe, welcome to the forum.
