I'm new to the HAMB. Our baby is a 55 Chevy truck. My dad and I are working on it as a father-and-son project. So far, the 6 cyl./3speed has been chucked in favor of a mildly-built 350/350 combo. We are currently installing a crossmember from Industrial Ch***is that uses Dakota front suspension. The parts are going on great, and the guys at IC are fantastic to talk to if you have a question. Also have a 9 in. rear axle mounted on top of rear springs. Can't wait to get this thing back on the ground to see how it sits. Anyone out there installed one of these crossmembers under a cl***ic chev truck?? 55chebbie
