Hi. I'm new to this scene, but I'm excited about carrying on the tradition. I inherited my dad's 1940 Ford Sedan after he died last year. He bought it as a rolling ch***is and put a Chevy 350 motor in it. He also put in air conditioning and cruise control so my mom would ride along. He drove it all over the country, and I hope to do the same. All the men in my family are engineers, so I'm pretty good with mechanical things. I do almost all the maintenance work on my motorcycles, and I've already done some work on the Ford (removed and replaced the leaf-spring/shock mount). I was referred by a business acquaintance, and I'm hoping to read and learn as much as I can here. I promise not to be any trouble.
