Hi everyone, I just wanted to introduce myself. I am new to the old school hot rod world, and I recently bartered for a 1934 Ford fiberglass coupe project. I have experience with building cars, but nothing like this, so I am sure I will learn a lot from everyone here, and I have learned a lot from here already.
I am not entirely sure of the powertrain that I will select for the car. It has a smallblock Chevy in it right now with a powerglide tranny.
The frame is a mystery to me, and I will have to figure out who the manufacturer is (I don't think it is a Ford), and I will have to figure out if I want to scrap it and build a new one to 1933-1934 specs. The previous owner did a terrible job installing the Nova front end, so that will definitely be changed out. The frame can probably could be salvaged and cleaned up, but we shall see.
Anyways, thanks in advance to everyone here, especially the ones who I will learn from.
