New member, no car yet. Collecting parts to build a '29 Ford '50's 2 seater. Duplicating a car my cousin built back in the day. We found the remains of the origional car that he sold about 20 years ago. Owner stripped it and all that is left is the body, frame and front axle. Been sitting in a dirt floor basement for 15 years...he says he plans to fix it up some day. You know the story. So the plan is to duplicate it. '49 Olds engine, 3x2's, top loader with enclosed axle. On a budget, so collecting parts slowly. Just started this summer. I'm 61 and my cousin is 72 so we can't take too long or we will forget what we started. Well, that's my intro.
