Mr. Ed Here. I joined some time ago but got distracted by other projects. I am back and looking for my final vehicle. I am looking for a 1948-1952 F-1 short bed (this will just fit in the garage). My dream truck will be all Ford, with an automatic (bad knee) PS, and PB. Air is a plus but not a necessity but the price will have to reflect this missing component. I am shocked at some of the Barrett Jackson type prices people are asking. Anyone seen the one on ebay that had a buy it now of $5500.00? Not running and sitting in the dirt.! This is very typical of the asking prices out there. It's not like these are getting rare by any stretch of the imagination. I look forward to the stimulating conversations here. Later! Mr. Ed
