Hello from Washington State

Hi, my name is Daron. I live about 75 miles east of Seattle WA. Been lurking around her for over a year and decided it was time to say hi.

Been a home builder for 25 years and playing with cars my whole life. I'm kinda an off road-desert guy but come from family that has played with restored cars for as long as I can remember. Have spent the last 4 years building a VW(sorta) based off road car as a bit of a father, son, grandson project. The car resides in my dads shop. He is a 70 something retired aerospace machinist with a few cars in his garage. I am a 40 something home builder with a 17 year old son that is more of a gear head than I am. It has been a blast building this thing so far, as it started with just an idea as most do and then snowballed into a lot more...as most do....enjoy the pics

I spent two years investing in Nevada refined oil markets and silt in the Best in the Deserts 7300 stock truck class, and I fully support your work! Now if Washington would allow that on the road, I personally think that would look great rolling into the daycare every afternoon!
