Hello everybody, Just want to introduce myself. My name is Doug Havens from The Colony, Texas. I am a new fan of the whole drag racing scene. I am more of a spectator than a participant. But, everything sure looks exciting from the pit row area. I never really had much interest in this sport but then after becoming friends with Dan...aka Femadman, I have a new appreciation for it all. He invited me, as his guest to the North Star drag strip just north of Denton, Texas on July 05, 2008. I thoroughly had a blast. Some of you may know him, he has a ton of knowledge about building race cars and about racing in general. I look forward to learning more about this sport. Doug,glad you came on board,when we get "Texas Thunder" out,can always use another cameraman....Note of interest,Doug discovered that "Outlaw" Fuel Altereds are LOUD....!
