    GREAT time at the picnic yesterday. The weather couldn't have been better. Met up with people that I haven't seen in YEARS.

    this picnic was the best . da wife and i had a good time . great place ,great people ,great cars ,even some with Rod Powell history ! can we do it again this sunday ? haha ...thanks to every who helped to put this on , it was a great day...

    the red merc in the photos from 1983, owner was from vallejo, us teenagers back then called him "turtle" later i found out his real name was al. i posted a photo of that car here on the hamb, any info on what ever happened to that car? heard it was built and painted in vallejo, any truth to that? 08-25-2010 08;03;43PM.JPG

    That Merc belonged to Al Aznicar. sp? He was with the Victorians car club of Vallejo. I don't know what happened to it. Maybe someone from the Swanx of Vallejo would know.

    My daughter Edie did a fantastic job of herding everyone together to put on the party. I could not have had a happier birthday. It was family and friends that did it for me. I would like to give a huge THANK YOU to every one that was there.

    thank you to everyone that pitched in and helped to make the day so wonderful!!!!
    The weather was perfect, everyone was smiling and laughing and hugging all day long. I couldn't have asked for anything more. I will definitely let everyone know if we do an event again. There are alot of pictures still that haven't made it to the computer yet, so stay tuned!
    And thank you Angel for posting the pics on here !
