Well, I kept getting a notice that I should come in and introduce myself. I have been scanning these forums for quite some time. I do not yet have a hot rod--but my fiance and I are getting close to being able to start a project! Just a little more saving to do and we are set. I am hoping to at least buy him (or help him buy... I'm sure he wont let me pay for the whole thing) the start of a project for Xmas. With that said, you may see some posts from us coming soon once we get started! Currently I have two motorcycles, and a 2004 Miata mazdaspeed edition. My hot rod itch has gone unscratched for too long.
Welcome from but one small member in this vast world of the HAMB. Have fun lookin for your project and by all means work on it together. After you've been stuck---er together--- as long as us, you will have many fond memories.
Welcome aboard! Join the party, you'll enjoy it for sure. Anything in particular you are interested in? Keep us posted..................
We will be looking for a late 30's, 40's, or maybe 50's 2 door coupe. Whatever we come across that is a "good deal" and can come up with a vision for. We will be basically starting from scratch. We just hope to find something that still has solid floor boards
Welcome from Oregon. I think the Rolling Stones said it best..." you can't always get what you want, but if you try some time, you just might find, you get what you need." I guess what I'm trying to say is keep your mind open to all possibilities and potentials. Sometimes the greatest gifts come in an unexpected package.
