    I'm from Dallas TX with a 54 Bel air I'm working on trying to keep it original but having issues with my drive train any good mechanics in Dallas who know these engines

    Hi & welcome. I am too many miles south of you to recommend mechanics there. What kind of drive train issues are you having as there are parts easily found and many here know whats is going on with your problems? The big problem with todays auto repair shops is they are no mechanics, only technicians who must plug into the computer module so it will tell them what part to replace & print a page of how to do it. Most of the mechanics have been dead for years.
    You almost have to go to a hot rod shop now to find a mechanic that can actually troubleshoot & fix stuff when the vehicle does not have a computer.
    Tell us what is happening & or what you need to do & somebody here can help. Surely we have HAMB members not too far from you in Dallas.
