If you were old enough to drive in the 60's but don't remember the 70's very well, you more than likely will remember at least this one line from a popular song that goes "there's a hole in daddy's arm where all the money goes" in my case "there's a hole in daddy's garage where all the money goes" My name is Keith Black and no not the "Keith Black" My Maggie and I live in Dallas, Texas but before I go further I want to say what a joy it is to be married to a woman who enjoys cars as much as I do. When I need to rob the sugar bowl, no problem. Need to stack some parts in the living room for a couple of weeks, just make sure there isn't any grease on the boxes. Some folks got nice paintings hanging on their walls, we've got car prints, posters, pictures, paintings and banners. We've been fortunate to be care takers of several great cars over the years, mostly British. We came to enjoy time distance rallying but the little Brit cars will not stand the demands of American roads. We are now completing restoration of a 1929 Model A with exceptions. The engine is a H and H short block, counter weighted crank, inserts, SS valves and mild cam. The distributor is a electronic FS ignition. Custom exhaust and a Zepher intake currently being fitted with two 97's. And here we come to my being here, the 97's. I've Googled till I'm blue but there isn't anything really comprehensive on setting up two 97's for a Ford Model A. I need to know these Strombergs and I don't. I hear or have heard progressive linkage, smaller jets, primary secondary, seen pics with only one of the two 97's with a ****erfly and I sure as heck wouldn't know which screw to turn to lean or enrich. I don't want to pester someone to have to post volumes, there has to be this information out there somewhere. If someone would kindly direct me I would sure appreciate it. Thank you for allowing me to bend your ear, thank you H.A.M.B. for allowing me to post...............Keith
