    Just introducing my self
    Name is Jim Hovind
    Live near Elk River , Minnesota
    building an 1954 F100 custom
    running gear is about done
    Lowered 3" front and rear by monoleaf springs
    300 ford 6 with new process 4 speed behind it
    ford 9" with posi and a 3 to 1 rear gears ( ****** has granny low )
    The 6 has an rv cam, 4 barrel carb, Split cast exaust, 2" exaust ending into 3" x 1/8" wall tubing echo cans ( should have a deep rumble.)

    I am now doing the metal work on the body, welding and leading the seams, 174 louvers in the hood, and heading for a late fiftys homebuilt custom.

    Other than Machineshop word and the interior I am doing all of the work my self

    Hope fully this allow me to hang out here ???

    How you doin? Welcome to the hamb. There's alot of hamb dude's up in your neck of the woods. It sounds like you enjoy what your doing and that is what this place is all about. Take the time to learn how everything on this board works and then jump in with both feet. Have fun. Sean
