HELP! 302 starter disaster!?

I have had trouble with starters too...I think it is all the MEXICAN CRAP parts the wharehouses carry these days...I just have mine rebuilt by a local shop(Lynnwood Electric)...they last forever.....

On a side note...my budddy went thru like 5 starters in 2 years on his 1985 F250 4X4...it turned out all he needed was a shim....crazy ...this is why modern parts houses suck ass!
