Is anyone running 14 by 7 rims on the rear? Cragars Supremes etc. Curious about clearance issues when I lower it.
Lots of variables in there for wheel fitment. Is it lowered now? How much will you lower it? What is the back spacing on the wheels you want to put on it? A 14 x 7 wheel should fit fine, as long as it not some crazy reversed wheel with zero back spacing.
58 passenger cars came with 14x6. Unless tires are super tall, or offset sucks, you should be fine. On my dads impala, he ran 14 x 7 wires with 3 inch backspacing and it was ok.
