working on a mini project to mount a light bar on the roof of a friend's jeep. we're having some difficulty achieving water tight connections on the external electrics. any recommendations on weather proof junction boxes??
we used O rings to seal our underwater robots, including the wires leading out to the motors. Way too much work for what you're doing, though. (just thought I'd take a slightly off topic post, way off topic)

Dielectric Grease is your friend. The 4x4 Mud and ATV guys do this **** all the time. Good advice on some of those forums. Check out Highlifter ATV Forums. How much further off topic can this go????
