I talked with Larry at the Eastern Museum of Motor Racing and he was looking for his dads old car. I talked with the locals that come in and out of the shop and couldn't find any info. I was wondering if anyone here may have any info on this car? The car and Larry are from Maryland and here is an email I received from him.

I talked to you a few weeks ago at EMMR. I have attached the photo of the chopped 1936 Ford that was originally my Dad's. It was taken at Carlisle in 1977. He sold it in 1960 for $200, then found it in 1977 priced at $2850, but turned it down.
I am interested to find out if anyone bought it and finished it or is it still around.
    Thanks for any help.

Thread****le should be changed for sure.

Get the attention of other owners of 36 ford 5w chopped coupes. If a guy who has or had one, he likely saved pics of same style cars...then maybe try to compare the style of chop and shape of the rear quarter window. A pic may get a plate number or maybe a name to go with the car.
