Hot Rods Help from a Florida HAMBer

Looking for a little help from a Florida HAMBer. Looking at an early Nova for sale in Central Florida. Problem is I live in St. Louis. I've already worked out shipping from an Alliance Member RacinMan if I buy. I could fly down and look myself but I thought I'd try the HAMB first. I've seen other posts on here like this and thought maybe I could get a HAMB guy to go take a look and give me an honest opinion. I realize your time is valuable and so is mine so I'd be willing to pay for your time.
