I just got a 30 sedan and it came with several axles. Can anyone help ID these? The one off the car looks like it could have had a pad ground off like the other one ax1.jpg ax2.jpg . Thanks in advance.

The second one looks like an Econoline axle.

Looks like a late 40's ,early '50's Ford F-1 axle. I've got one in my parts pile
as we speak . Yours has been modified for a single cross spring.

  5. There is probably a part number on the axle some place but it may be easier to identify the brakes than the axle. Open them*******s up and snag the numbers off the wheel cylinders or look on the backing plate for numbers.

Either axle is pretty shade tree if I owned them I would advertise them both, sell to some junk rodder and find a proper axle. keep the brakes though they may be useful.
