This one is gone,... But if nobody beats me to it, I'll uncover the 3/W in the barn on Monday and post the dimensions.

Thats one of those I before E things. I know the 3 window was totally unique to itself. Its like the coupe/roadster fender thing. I hate to think its even possible to be a A deck lid. (30/31)

I do not believe it is a 32 Ford decklid ...

And a 32 3W deck lid is worth at least twice the $$$ that a way more common 32 Roadster/ 5W coupe / Sport coupe / Cabriolet deck lid ... ( in comparable condition )

I respect your opinion, and don't mean to second guess you,... but I do believe that what he has is a '32 Roadster, 5/W Deck Lid,... based on the pictures. but your 100% right about the price issue.

I`m not sure if following this correctly.do you think that dirty 2`s deck lid and mine are not 32`s,or is it the gray 32 3w that is not 32 ford.

I could be wrong ...

But BOTH of my 32 roadster deck lids have 8 holes ... not six.
Maybe ... Henry had early/late like a bunch of other stuff he did.

One is a rumble lid and the other a trunk lid ... originally. My roadster is a rumble seat car but I got the trunk lid ( and ALL the other asorted parts/pieces ) ... so I could change the roadster over to a trunk. I got them almost 20 years ago and STILL HAVE not changed it over. Guess it just is not happening

As i stated in my original post,it was the # of big holes in the back of the deck lid that bothered me,but then dirty`s deck lid has same number as mine ,so maybe Henry made both?i hope Bruce gets back soon.Chris

I believe 32 Roadster/5W Coupe/Cabriolet deck lids are the same width as a Model A deck lid but about 4-5 inches longer at the bottom end. An old fellow I knew bought one thinking it was a Model A and chopped off the bottom to fit his 29 Sport Coupe.

I don't know if some were different, but every 32 5w/roadster decklid I can remember seeing looked like that one...

Model A should have 8 holes though...here’s a picture I found of my old model A coupe showing the trunklid…

I thought that yours was not a 32 lid.

Because it did not have 8 holes. Both of my lids do ...
So does my 32 3W deck lid :)

The inside of my 32 roadster deck lids look like the Model A one shown.
