help ID this car

appears to be a late 40's merc but the rear side window opening doesnt seem to match, the roof match line is simular as the way it goes all the way around and the split rear window

I have the rar deck lid, dash and all the window trim and regulators

 

37-38 Ford.

It is a Ford 37-38 Club Coupe , not seen as much as Standard ( Business ) Coupe !
