I have this dis***embled convertible top frame that I bought with a building of other parts in the 90's. The guy I bought it from died in 86, and was a very avid 53 Cadillac Eldorado collector. I think this may be from a 53 Eldorado. I know they only made 532 of these, but this guy had owned probably 40 of them through the years. He was one of first to restore one, an Azure Blue car he finished just before his death. Is there any way to identify this? I don't have any crossbows, just what you see

They do look like big cad/buick/olds 50-53. i just went through a 53 skylark top ***embly as well as a 53 cad. some of the eldo parts may be the same as a normal convert, except maybe the front header and the front side rails. would have to peruse the parts book or an early Motors body shop manual to be sure.
