Help ID this tranny...Please

While I was going through some stuff that I was cleaning up i came across a tranny I forgot I had...I know it's a four speed most likly from GM... any body got any clues...

On the Passenger side of the casting is cast GM 34 and under that is 3925847

...and are all three shift arms on the side cover, or is one in the tailstock?

 

I do not have any pics as of yet... so there... I can't remember about the shift arms but I do remember a wire at the bottom of the front shift arm...I will get pic cause it is listed for sale in the classifeds
