looks like the one on my 32 chevy

 

Nothing marked inside the drums either I see

 

NOw I can see the pic from the link. Looks like early chevy because of the flat areas

the wheels studs are left and right hand threads respectivly. if that helps out at all.

with those new shots , its not a chevy
