    I picked up this T10 and trying to figure out where it came from. I did some searches, but still confused. It has a cast iron case with aluminum tail. The build date is mid-62, but it has a bolted in driveshaft yoke/flange like a '63 and up Vette. Here's the numbers:

    Main Case is cast iron:
    T10-1B
    W.G. Div
    Q2
    6.20.62

    Tail is aluminum
    T10-7B
    WG Div
    5.19.62

    Side Cover
    6.19.62A

    Build Date
    WG2623<!-- google_ad_section_end -->

    The 1963 Vett was the last year for the T-10. Seems like you have an early 1963 trans. 1964 is 1st year for the Muncie.

    Or it might be Pontiac.
