Hot Rods Help identify this logo- please

Found some wheels with this Hub cap on them. Can you all help to identify it?
I am thinking the "H" is for "Hupmobile"(?)

I found this version of the logo online...Hup used several different ones over the years. I didn't immediately find a hubcap with this logo, but what you have looks (speculatively) like a simple modification to make it look the same either way up.
