Technical Help identify this steering wheel, Please

    Just picked this up. Don't really have a use in mind for it yet, but it has cool old look to it, and the price was right.
    My guess was an old sprint car?? The diameter is 18".
    Has a fine spline. The spokes and rim may be steel.

    Thanks in advance for any help.

  2. The adapter looks like it is for a British car, like an Austin Healey, with the horn/turn signal switch in the hub

    British car is a good possibility.The guy I got from had other British bits for sale.
    The rim looks almost home made. It is hollow and the spokes are sort of tacked in side it.
