Hot Rods Help identify this tail light

While changing the bulb my tail light cover fell and broke. Does anyone recognize what this started life on? Any help us appreciated.

41 -48 Chevy tail lights basically look he same,I have never seen them mounted vertical. HRP

 

Pretty sure they aren't 59 Chevy.

 

41 48 Chev "blue dot" accessory lenses to be precise/ you can get them from Mooneyes, Speedway and other shops.
