It's a very rare 1921 Austrian made Fleischer Flugswatzermobile...thought to be the inspiration for the mid '30s Buckminster Fuller Dymaxion and the Scarab.
It looks like an early attempt at building a streamlined sedan. With the curved glass I'd say it was very expensive at the time it was built and had a lot of aircraft influence and may have been built by an aircraft builder or design at the time.

I'll second that! Page 77 of The Collector's History of The Automibile has a photo and claimes it is from 1924. The design started in 1913 body by Castagna, good for 86 MPH. Bob
This is what I got from the Tin Can Tourist Group, vintage camper and trailer club, it is a 1913 Alfa Romeo and is on display in the Alfa Romeo Museum just outside of Milan Italy.

Those look to be electric head lamps. There are no chimneys to allow the heat, from the burners, to escape
