help identify

i found the bones of an old roadster out at my farm and i'd like to try and figure out what it is. not much left but the frame rails and some bits of rusty sheetmetal. the frame looks like a 30s ford but i ain't no expert. heres a pic of the dash, the metal loop at the steering column notch is an old homemade bracket. anybody recognize it?
the little arched plaque is a metal tag that says "coasting switch underneath"
