Technical Help identifying part..

    I found this on the fender of what looked like a 1ton or bigger truck, I only found the fender.. It's not anything special but worth hanging on the wall in my office. Any help is appreciated.

    Edit: I am more interested in finding out what make of vehicle this came off of..
