hey man, i send my condelences. I'm only 23 myself and can't imagine losing a parent. Don't have much as a fulltime student, but couple bucks sent to help however I can.

The one thing i can say is it's this that makes building these machines so much greater than just a bunch of pieces of metal. It's these guys willing to give the shirt off their backs, buy u a beer, share a conversation with u, pass along deals, and that uncomprimising kindness that makes this so great. They may be "just cars and trucks", but it's thiat amazing quality about this group that's so contagious.

 

Deepest condolences. Hope all the help coming in eases the burden a bit.

 

My dad was 56 when he died, He and I both lived togather and he was my best friend, I also worked for him in our family business.
Losing him was a really hard road block in my life and I think of him everyday!

It is a life changing thing you are going thru, if you need someone to talk to about this just PM me, I cant say that it will help but I can tell you what I went thru, it may keep you from making some mistakes that I did.

I have been down the road you are on now, it is a long hard road but things will get better, I have prayed for you and your family and sent you a small Paypal, I wish I could help you more than that.

I got to say its hard to not feel like a charity case in this situation. I know that this is going to make things easier for the family though and I love all of you for it. I do have to say that the messages and PMs i have recieved have been amazing. The moral support and kind words have really helped me in this time. The HAMB members have offerd so much and went out of there way to help easy my pain even more so then Most of my friends and family members. That really says alot. Theres just something about the people here. We appreciate all the donations and kind words. God Bless all of you

I'm really sorry to hear about your dad. I lost my dad last July(2005).It's still hard to get used to him not calling ALL night about whatever sports on the TV. Especially during baseball season. I'll send you something when I get payed. Keep your chin up. The memories keep you going.

I lost my Step Dad in August who was as much a dad to me as my real dad whom I loved deeply and lost 5 years ago. It is a tough time but it will get easier over time. God bless you, your family and your father. Donation has been sent.
