Those are tough to find. You might look at the door trim end clips. There are many different sizes from different models. Would need to be careful on the screw length.

Could you show a picture of where these clips will go on your car? I have some parts kits for 49 to 52 Belt Molding clips. Maybe they can be used?
did you call (yes call on the telephone) the National chevy assn? they have piles of used parts for these cars. Paul Nimis, the owner is an absolute encyclopedia of 49-54 chevs
Reminds me of Tri-Five 150 210 belt line end retainer. https://www.muttonhollowchevys.com/...-Door-Sedan-Belt-Molding-Clip-Set_p_1283.html It would help if you told us exactly what trim it is.
those chrome pieces look like they may work will check after this weekend, stepping away from technology for the weekend lol. I will take a pic of on the rail and where on the door it goes but its the upper most part close to the drip rail. I will call, i prefer to usually and will also call and check dimensions for part at chevsofthe40s part # 3698436. Thanks for the help and advice
Hello, In So Cal there is an old, out of the way place that is called Classy Chevy USA. https://www.classychevusa.com/index.cfm The owner is a nice guy and the place has a good reputation for all kinds of parts. Check them out. Jnaki He helped me identify some old Chevy parts, how they worked on the truck and gave me some ideas on old Chevy Trucks in the USA.
Keep in mind I said “reminds me”. They measure less than what you taped out. Now 56 Bel Air (door & fender) side trim is 1” wide and use’s a crown end retainer. Only problem is fastener is center rather than off set.
They have universal trim clips. look at the tri five suppliers If you only need two I’ll send you these
