1952-59 Ford HELP!!! Looking for Custom Dash Pictures/Ideas for a 55 Ford Project

I tried posting this over on the main board and have gotten very little response so someone suggested I post it here and maybe I would get more responses

Hey everyone, tried doing some searching through the site and haven't had alot of luck finding anything. I just picked up a '55 Ford Mainline and am planning to build it as a 60s Kustom.

After some recent talks I been thinking about switching out the dash to something with alittle more chrome.

If anyone has any pictures or ideas please let me know

Maybe you could get one of these to work. I guess it just depends on how much work you want to put into it. I think I like the Chrysler best.

I like that Chrysler dash too. Hmmmm....the possibilities!

 

I really like that '56 Buick dash and how it already has the AC vents in what would have been the dash extensions/dog legs of the '55-'56 Ford dash.

 

The '56 Pontiac dash is nice too.

 

This is what I actually been thinking about this is a dash out of a '56 Oldsmobile

 

can't go wrong with the 56 olds, prime kustom material

 

'55-'56 Mercury dash and steering wheel would look great and would take little work to put it in.

They are much fancier than the Ford dash and wheel.

 

someone told me the '56 olds Dash might be about a foot wider then the Ford, whats everyone elses thoughts on that?
