I am looking for help locating replacement seat cushions for my 52 Styleline 4 door. The old ones I have still have some shreds of material, looks like some sort of burlap over the springs, then some kind of "stuffing" and then some foam, I will recover the seats, but need the stuffing, and the foam for both front and rear seats. There are a couple of videos on YouTube showing how to reload your seat. Also hotrodders.com has An upholstery section with some how to's. I've found at least in my application (39ford fordor) that four door stuff is bit and miss mostly miss.
If the springs are in good shape you just have to get the materials from an upholstery supply house to go from new burlap on the springs out. There should be at least one supply house that sells to the upholstery shops in each major city over there. You might. Some of the fabric stores should have supplies too but that may be hit and miss.
I have found some places that sell foam and batting material, I plan on covering with smoked tanned deer hides, which is another hobby of mine. I know how to put it all together, as my job has me do that now and again, but everything is supplied by the dealers as a kit, which is already preformed and pre-made covers.
