Help lowering the front of a 60 F100

Does anyone have any experience lowering a 60 F100 with a bent front axle? I see they make reverse eye leaf packs that are suppose to lower it 4-5 inches up front but it doesnt look like theres enough clearence up front. Its my buddies truck and hes trying to get it lowered a bit on a budget so putting a new front clip is out of the question for right now till he gets some green saved up.

That's probably the cheapest you'll get unless you just flip the front axle, move the steering box, and weld in some pretty good sized C-notch sections:
