Help me ID my nailhead

You can measure the distance across the two front intake manifold bolts..but I forgot the measurements. 322 is the narrowest, followed by 364, then 401/425. But now that I think about it, the 264 and 322 may be the same..oh well. I can measure a 322 for you later if no one has a better idea..

if it has an intake, post the casting numbers from it.

2 bbl or 4 bbl will probably help too its either a 322 or 264

 

Off the top of my head 364's intake bolts are 8 3/4" apart and 401's 9 1/4" apart.

 

264-322 8 1/4" across the front intake bolts

364 is 8 3/4

401-425 is 9"

 

according to my book, should be 264/322. correct me if im wrong.
