Help me ID this 6 pack (not beer)

Found this in a shop. What is it?

 

sixcarb intake. Neat. looks like it fit's a small block chevy.

 

That's what I thought at first. But don't the intakes look a bit large where they match up to the head?

 

Siamesed ports....there's one big intake port in the manifold to feed two ports in the head.

 

6X2's smallblock chevy
