I need to find the female side of this harness connector, It is the turn signal harness internal to the steering column. The column was a swap meet purchase, possiabely from a late 70's Camaro, it has tilt but no shifter. I'm under the gun here to get a brake and lamp cert... this is hanging me up. Any sourcing info would be real helpful.

cut it off and splice the wires....or find a 70s GM car in the junkyard and cut off the connector. Or find someone who recently installed an aftermarket wiring harness that includes that connector. Beware there are two that look similar, but have different pin spacing. Or get a Molex connector from radio shack and use that.

Lotsa ways to fix this problem...

There are 2 types of connectors 3 7/8 and 4 1/4 inch. I believe you have th 4 1/4 style. These are the color codes for GM

Big old Delphi Packard harmonica connector. If you can find a mating shell at the junkyard (or a part # for the right one), the terminals are available through pcsconnectors.com or mouser.com.
