  1. It looks a little like this 1932 Studebaker. Not the clearest picture in the world though.

  2. its a good luck finding the doors car:eek:

  3. I was thinking Stude at first because of the sharp corners on the doors. Like a box..

    But I still think Mopar.

I believe the car to be a 1930-32 Hupmobile. I say this because of the cowl vents.

At nashcarclub.org, there is a photo of a '32 dash, and looks like the one here, with doors on either side, and an art deco instrument cluster across the middle. The handle in the middle of the dash is the same as well.

1932 or 33 Mopar but it is not a Chrysler. Check and see if there is a body number on the right door post.

It is NOT 32 or 33 Mopar. 32 & 33 Dodge had no front door hinges above the beltline like this 32 Nash has halfway up the A pillar. 32 & 33 Dodge did not have 3 hinges on on the rear doors, only two. 32 & 33 Plymouth as well as 32 & 33 DeSoto had suicide front doors, unlike this 32 Nash.

obvoiously it is a mid priced car, stude made there own bodies, but many of the other middle priced cars bought there bodies from independent body builders, so some of the bodies were kind of shared with other companies, but front clips and fenders have a tendicy to be more unqiue.

Here are three pics of '32 Nashes, and the dual cowl vents can be seen in each pic.

'32 Buicks, by the way, didn't have dual cowl vents, and had only two hinges per door.

V windshield, dual vents, chrome strip behind hood, rear window shape, it's a 1932 Chrysler CI Series. The lowest price Chrysler. The hinge on the post looks to be added on later, a common "fix" back when.

It is not a Chrysler. Here's a pic of a '32 Nash instrument cluster. Look at it and look at the dash in the car in question. No doubt that it is a '32 Nash.

The blue dash is in a '32 Chrysler CI. The black dash is in a '32 Nash. Duh, which one do you think looks like the car in question?

The question is, are ya gonna get it? Larry Wood, the famous Hot Wheels designer for the last 40 years, has a '32 Nash Ambassador 8 Brougham (slighter shorter roof without quarter windows) that he's had since 1970. Those old Nashes are big and beautiful.
