Hot Rods HELP ME!! looking for car history in Cali.

I know it was in Solinas CA in 1990. that owner thinks it was a Danville Dukes members car. 31 steel body on 32 rails. 1968 302 for with C4 trans and 9 inch. A couple strange things on it: 4 wheel disc brakes with 3 piston calipers off early 60s Volvo and a manual rack and pinion mounted on the straight axle so everything moves together. the 9inch and C4 are chromed. wheels date it to late 70s I'm guessing. I was told it's a Magoo car. I have the hood and sides all smooth aluminum with Duez fasteners to hold them on. There must be somebody who saw this thing.
