    Too long, short, high, low...any thoughts or comments appreciated, thanks-

    Too long to my eye. Especially behind the tire.

    Looks right to me! I like them a tad longer behind the wheel than in front. But that's just me......

    Agree with belair, too long behind the wheel. About 6 inches too long

    the green line would make the space from the front of the tire to the edge of the bed and the rear edge of the tire to the rear edge of the bed about even...

    The longer tail looks more old time. Height looks fine.


    this could change depending on how long the nose will be.

    I agree, at a guess looks about 6-7 inches too long to me.

    Course thats just my opinion:)

    They generally say a bed looks more proportional if there is the same distance in front of the tire as behind. When I did the short bed for my rpu project I did it that way and to my eye it does look more balanced.

    Think I better stop and redo my mockup and get ride height, wheel base, etc. dialed in before making any further decisions...
