Caddo Mills was an all concrete drag strip that was (is?) about 20 miles east of
Dallas,Texas. It was built as a military airport during WWII, or so I have heard.
The facility consisted of a large triangle formed by 3 runways ~ 1 mile long each.
I attended NHRA sanctioned drags there in ~ 1961.
Don't remember seeing the g***er in your pic's though.
