Help me with this 50 ford convertible

Hello fellow hamb'rs...need some help with a car me and the old man went to see. its a 50 Ford Meteor(canadian) Convertable. Could not find anything on the net...so if theres a car nut with some info on this id much appreciate it..want to know if this is a true Meteor or a Ford.
