Ok never mind sorry I bothered you . People do have different visions of what they like . And as for the guy who said I couldn't weld and HAD to rivet it together.... I'm a union welder I weld ALL day long .

 

if that's what you want then do it however it has already been done as I saw in "Street Scene" A year or two back. Be different & make your car your own. Just think of how many cruises you gone to only to see the same old setup done again & again. The hot rod world does not need another American graffiti clone

I can't post a picture of the finished car because I'm building this for the backyard build off compe***ion at the syracuse nationals show next month and that would disqualify me . I can't unveil it till the show. No pics on line or car shows, cruise nights till the Nationals

Maybe it's just me, but I find it disrespectful painting and building cars aping aircraft that real men fought and died in.

And I don't buy that 'honouring' **** either. There are more appropriate ways to honour those who are sent to war.
