HELP!! Need help to use Excel on here

OK Guys, Here's one that needs answered. I have a parts list that I need to put on here to clean out my storage. It is in Microsoft Excel. I tried to put it on the other day and it put all the information on, but it all ran together. When it did that it made absolutely no sense. Any ideas?? Anyway, PM me and let me know. Thanks a ton!! one long round about way would be to;
open your excel file
hit print screen
paste to Paint
scale and clip the image
save as a jpeg
and insert that in your thread

look up google documents..

they have a "excel" type document that you can create and "publish"
