HELP!! Need some info on wheels

I'm needing some 15"X6" steel wheels with 5 on 5 bolt pattern with a 4" backspace. Anyone know of someone who might build something like this??

I know Stockton Wheel can build them, but they are standard Uni-Lug and pricey. I would like some options.........anybody got any ideas??

Back spacing may be the problem.
