Folks Of Interest Help needed: Contacting Don Smart

I really hate asking for favors or help when it comes to anything. But, if there's anyone out there that personally knows Don Smart, then I'm in need of your assistance.

I purchased a set of subrails from Don almost 9 months ago for my 34 5 window. These have been paid in full along with also sending him the money to ship them. I've been calling the shop 2 to 4 times a week for over a month. I haven't received a single return phone call yet.

I'm hoping that there is someone on here that would be willing to get in touch with him for me. I am only looking for a return phone call and an update as to where this purchase is at and if a refund is possible.

Don is very helpful and knowledgable. However, I can't help but be concerned with the reality that I have no parts yet, and am out of the sum of money I sent to him.

Please don't let this thread turn in to any sort of public humiliation response to my inquiry. I'm only looking to get in touch with Don to see if I can either get the parts that were promised to me 6 months ago, or if a refund is possible.

Do a search and you'll see that at least you aren't alone in the wait.

You'll also find his panels for sale- that because guys order them, wait wait wait some more, then find another way to finish their car. Then the parts arrive and aren't needed any longer. So up they go for sale.
