HELP NEEDed:Short S-10 STEERING BOX??

Anyone know if a manual S-10 steering box is shorter than a power steering one?

Come to think of it are there any manual steering s-10 boxes?

 

There are manual boxes because they are a popular swap for
Camaro and Firebirds to get rid of their power boxes. That they are a bolt in swap says they are probably the same size.

 

your best bet is an early S10 but you can get them alll the way p to '93 that I know of.

 

I'll check the junkyards, really need to replace a PS one with one that is shorter.

 

i don't know how short it is, but i the box on the truck my GF smashed up a while back is a manual box, i'll have to look during daylight to see if its damaged, she banged up the front, but if it's good, i can pull it for you. cheap.
