Front fenders are 28/9 Ford. Wheels might be as well. Nothing else though.

I initially thought it was a Dodge Bros, but I have my doubts.

1927-chrysler-coupe-model-62-original-stock-survivor-2.jpg The door swage and radiator grille look wrong for a Chrysler,

I’m thinking it is made up of odd parts and the tree obviously did not grow up through the nicely cut out hole in the hood. And the headlight buckets look like they came out of th kitchen.....

Garden Art , a bitzza, the more I look the more I see, possibly an ***ortment of parts, ***embled around the tree.
    Clues:
    1. A neat hole in bonnet or hood,
    2. Cinder blocks under the ch***is ( granted they could be there in place of axle stands)
    3. The ch***is rail looks a bit wooden.
    4. Headlamp buckets, it was that comment that made me really look closer.
Nice piece of garden art though.

Not 29/30 Chevy, as Chevy did not have the bead on the quarter, surrounding the fender.

I totally agree...a bunch of different parts and made into "yard art". Even the front tire is still aired up.

    Headlamps appear to be horticultural.

Hotrodjack is correct. The owner used a compilation of parts such as '29 Ford fenders and wheels and street light headlights. You can see the "frame" is what looks like 2"x6" boards on edge.

I "wood" have mentioned it needs to be "chopped" but best to "leaf" this one alone.

It'a 1929 Plymouth with Ford front fenders and a Chevy grill.
